The first application center for health problems of students studying at the university is the Medico Social Center under the Department of Health, Culture and Sports. After the first treatment here, students are referred to Ahmet Necdet Sezer Application and Research Hospital if necessary. There are three Medico Social Centers at the university, including Ali Çetinkaya Campus and Ahmet Necdet Sezer Campus. These centers deal with students' health problems and provide psychological counseling services. Students are examined and treated by specialized doctors. Students, university staff and the public of Afyonkarahisar can also benefit from the hospital.
The university also offers a "Student Emergency Transportation Service". This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for students whose classes end at unusual hours or who need emergency transportation for health reasons. A passenger car and driver are available at the Ahmet Necdet Sezer Campus.
