Lokman Hekim University started its education and training activities in the 2018-2019 academic year. The university provides education to a total of 4698 students in 15 undergraduate programs in five faculties including Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Sports Sciences and Vocational School of Health Services, and 11 associate degree programs in a college. In addition, there are 26 master's programs with thesis, 6 master's programs without thesis and 13 doctoral programs within the Institute of Health Sciences. The university has 16 application and research centers.
The university gave its first graduates from the First and Emergency Aid Technician and Anesthesia Technician programs within the Vocational School of Health Services on August 12, 2020.
