Erasmus Program and Bilateral Agreements
Lokman Hekim University has been successfully running the Erasmus study and internship program funded by the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs National Agency since 2020. Within the scope of this program, bilateral agreements have been made with universities in various countries such as Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Macedonia, Serbia, Spain, Ireland, Iceland, Czech Republic, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo and the United States of America. In addition, projects are also applied for student and staff mobility with countries outside the European Union (EU).
Erasmus Internship Activities and International Partnerships
In the summer semester of 2023, 22 students from the Faculties of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy and Health Sciences and the Institute of Health Sciences set off for Erasmus internship activities. The university, which has the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) quality label, also cooperates with countries such as Singapore, Nepal, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Mexico, Palestine, Algeria, South Africa.
Contracted Universities and Programs
The universities and programs with which the University has bilateral agreements vary. For example, there are Erasmus+ study and internship agreements in various fields such as Dentistry, Pharmacy, Health Sciences and Sports Sciences with University of Tetova (Macedonia), Nursing with University of North Carolina Wilmington (USA), Pharmacy with Universite Grenoble Alpes (France).
